Employees don't treat me poorly because Im not a bike expert like some bike stores. Employees are truly willing to help with anything and everything and if they can't provide the service or don't carry the product, they recommend the next best option. They remember your name and your biking goals! I feel safe and valued at Trek in Granger.

I’ve had a TREK bike for the last 20 years and have never had a problem. I started with a TREK 720 and then moved to a road bike 2200 15 years ago. With the technological improvements in engineering this new checkpoint will most likely be my last bike as I’m 63.5!

I’m a complete beginner cyclist, so I was really grateful for the staff and all of their help. I had to start ground up and the gentleman helping me was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand (like I said I’m a complete beginner and have zero knowledge when it comes to cycling). He was beyond friendly, and I really appreciated how much time he spent explaining everything to me. Each and every item was discussed in depth and he never made me feel like I “had” to buy anything, so it wasn’t pushy and uncomfortable. He also made it a point to talk about their Wednesday night cycling group and invited me to tag along anytime. You could honestly just tell how passionate he was about his job. I had a wonderful experience and am completely in love with my new bike.

I love knowing I can try your products and know Trek/Bontreger and the shop stands behind them and care about making sure I'm paying for what is right for me and what I want.
