Our experience was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff...i believe the owner helped us. We had been to another bike shop (that has been in South Bend forever) and had a terrible experience. Trek Bicycle Store of Granger was fantastic. We were able to try out several bikes and were able to get to hold a bike coming in a future order. They listened to our needs and came up with the perfect solution. I feel like we were able to purchase two great bikes that are made well and in the price point I was happy about! Had what I wanted at a reasonable price point. Would suggest a little more car be taken with assembling new bikes. Had to return mine for issues that should have been taken care of before being sold.

Due to the global Covid issues, Trek is three months behind in supplying their dealers with adequate inventory. The floor inventory was really very sparse, particularly for e-bikes.

Steve, the owner, is the real deal small businessman. His work is his passion and it shows not only in the quality of the product lines he carries or the excellent repair work he does more importantly it is in the customer service he provides.
This was one the best experiences I’ve had in a bike shop. The owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my needs. I would return to that location any day of the week. I will recommend it to my friends and family. I came in for a stem measuring session and was able to find a comfortable fit for my needs. I can’t wait to purchase my next bike with them (we always need a new bike, right?).
