Trek is a reputable brand that makes high quality bikes. The Trek Bicycle Store of Granger had what I was looking for and was able to answer all questions I had and taught me about their products and the options I had to get the right bike and accesories for myself. I was able to order exactly what I wanted and it was in the store, ready to be picked up within 48 hours. The mechanic/ salesman, Brian, was friendly and knowledgable not only about the products in the store but had a lot of experience and advice to ensure I got the most out of my purchases. I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go to the Trek Bicycle Store of Granger.

It was nice to work with someone (Brian at the store) who knows what he's talking about, is low pressure, and answered all of my questions with patience. Getting into cycling in a more serious way can be a little daunting, so I appreciated how he told me what I should be focused on now, what I can focus on later, etc.
I had a custom bike fitting done at the shop, and Steve did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect fit for my road bike! I particularly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer my (many) questions. I just participated in a 100-mile ride and felt more comfortable than I ever have before on my bike.
Everyone I've interacted with at the shop has been incredibly friendly and helpful and I will continue to be a customer as long as I live in the area!
