Brought my bike in at lunch because it wasn't shifting. Turned out the shifting cable exploded inside the right shifter. Mechanic fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price. I am very thankful.

I think there should always be a service credit given for the number of times a customer may have to return their bike for the same issue if it wasn't fixed properly the first time.
Also, for the number of days over 2 weeks that it takes to repair something.
Other than that, great place with great staff! Been a customer for over 25 years.
