The customer service is top-notch! They were very helpful with my questions and had everything I needed in store. I will definitely recommend them and go back for tune-ups or when I need to look for a new bike. It's very rare in today's workplace to find such positive and helpful people who genuinely enjoy their work.
The service was amazing! I was worried about my gears ahead of a big ride and Danny's had been recommended. Plus, they were open on a Sunday! From the second I walked in the door, I was treated with the best customer service. I thought I'd need a full tuneup but after speaking with the service department, they were able to address my problem and get me in and out in under an hour. It's that kind of attention to detail, and really hearing me out that will have me coming back.
