I think there should always be a service credit given for the number of times a customer may have to return their bike for the same issue if it wasn't fixed properly the first time.
Also, for the number of days over 2 weeks that it takes to repair something.
Other than that, great place with great staff! Been a customer for over 25 years.

Craig was very helpful and informative about helping us choose a bike rack. He had the one we got assembled and with Justin gave us a tutorial on how to install,remove, and load the bike rack. Could not imagine any better and complete customer service!
