Responsive. Easy in - Easy out. Not difficult to get an appointment. Very attentive to detail. I was happy that they pointed out the need for a new chain, although I was NOT happy that I had to pay for a new chain after less than 12 months with my new ebike.

I had a complicated problem with my bike rack and consulted with Joey for a solution even though Danny’s doesn’t sell bike racks. I knew it was a long shot and my expectations were low. Rather than send me away, Joey sprung into action saying that he welcomed the challenge. As the process ensued, Sebastian joined in and added his assistance and expertise. An hour later the bike rack was fixed to my amazement. The fix saved me the large expense of purchasing a new bike rack. As if that that wasn’t enough, when I asked Joey how much I owed for the service, he said matter of factly “no charge.” All future bike purchases for myself and family will be a Danny’s.
Danny’s Cycles not only has a tremendous bicycle selection along with helmets, locks etc., the service mentality is second to none. I highly recommend Danny’s Cycles. If you haven’t been to Danny’s Cycles then you’re missing out.
