Your staff is what keeps me coming back for the past 15 years. Whether Joey in the front or your mechanics, they are wonderful. But the shelves are a bit empty. Cost of inventory must be high. But that is a problem that smaller retailers have these days.

The team was extremely knowledgeable and provided clear, helpful guidance as I began exploring mountain biking and trail riding. They took the time to understand my needs and offered thoughtful, practical insights without any pressure.
What stood out most was how approachable and personable they were. The staff was kind, easy to relate to, and made the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable. Their ability to communicate in a friendly, down-to-earth way made it much easier to ask questions and feel confident in the information I was receiving.
