I brought a bike in over the weekend to have it checked out. It’s a bike that a friend gave me and I am giving to a refugee who needs to use it to get to and from work. I expected the person who waited on me just to automatically charge me $109 or whatever it is for a tune up. However, he looked at the bike and he said “all it needs his front brake pads.”
He made this repair in about 10 minutes and returned the bike to me promptly. He said “you have a great bike here.”
I was very impressed with his expertise and the fact that he didn’t try to Convince me to pay for services that he felt I didn’t need. So refreshing to get an ethical response from a guy who obviously wasn’t there to rip me off.
The guy was great. I’ve always used Danny before and gotten positive results but I’d have to say this was the best.
