The entire staff was wonderful. Ed was fantastic to my son and taught him how to get on and off the Trek bike safely. Upon return, my husband also had a positive experience with Ed and one of the staff. Both my son and my husband were able to take a ride on the two bikes under consideration. We were given superb advice about the differences between the models and shown accessories and fitted for a helmet. We bought one bike and will likely be back for another.

I recently came to your Scarsdale store with a problem with a wheel chair, not a bicycle. Your staff was more tan helpful, they looked at the problem, offered a solution and made the repair for a reasonable price in one day.
At 74 I am not likely to be looking for a bicycle, however I will recommend your shop to anyone I encounter that is in the market for any form of bicycle.
