Professional and friendly
First, everyone in the store was friendly and patient. They listened to my desires and selected bikes in different price ranges for me to try. They were knowledgeable about the bikes and didn’t pressure me to buy any add ons (although I did). I didn’t buy the bike the first day at the shop but when I came back they were just as friendly! I would trust them to take care of my bike. I was skeptical about going to a franchise because they tend to lack human connection but I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at Danny (Scarsdale). Thank you all once again for your help!

Ed was an expert in bike repairs and very helpful. I had a pre owned bike and I had no idea the age or the quality of my bike and he was able to tell me and then recommend repairs and adjustments to make it better for me. He was super friendly too!

I love the service your shop delivers. The mechanic is an expert. I provide the parts and he installs them perfectly. On this order, I had new tires replaced, tubes, sealant, tire liners reinstalled, both gear cables, brake pads, rotors, bar tape, left gear brake shifter and bike bell reinstalled showing them photos of how I wanted it placed. Everything was done to perfection. I had to pay for labor of course but the cost was reasonable. And parking is easy and free. I was told 10 days turn around time to get bike back and it was ready in 10 days. I don't care about the wait because I have a second bike to ride which you also serviced perfectly last February with similar work. Very grateful.
James was great. Showed me various options for bike racks for my car and the various features. Tried 2 models in the parking lot.
While I ended up deciding not to get a bike rack right now, I will definitely come back when I’m ready/
