I can’t believe I didn’t have my bike assembled at Danny’s… I feel like an idiot. The local shop I supported in New Canaan is a fine shop but Danny’s really has gone above and beyond in customer service and repairs in the 3 times I’ve stoped in the store. Parking was easy. I went in for a tire repair. The counter person took me right away. They had my cell phone # on file. The bike mechanic had the repair done in 10 minutes. I also got help with a flashing bike light battery replacement. Overall an excellent experience.

Excellent help picking out the right bike for a 14 year old boy. Patient with my questions. Then helped me fit it onto my car.
I called ahead and was able to speak to a person about my bike. Ed said he couldn’t guarantee that they’d be able to fix it in time for my bike trip in three days but if I brought it in, he could take a look. Turns out Junior was able to identify the issue very quickly and solve it within minutes; the issue was that one link on the chain was stiff. I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait for 20+ bikes to be repaired for someone to take a look at my bike and do a < 5 min repair.
