You folks provide great service. This time I bought my grandson who’s 3 years old. Alex and another sales man (he’s a bit older with longer hair, looks like a rocker-a real nice gentleman) provided excellent assistance. They measured my grandson and found us a gently used bicycle. The guy (whom I believe is the shop owner) prepped the bike in no time.

Memorable experience with Edgar at both the Scarsdale and Pelham locations. He helped my daughter choose the right bike for her, let her test drive several and was patient with her questions. Thank you to Danny’s for finding a bike she liked and relocating it from another store to one that was convenient for us!

He really took the time to explain everything he was doing in the fitting, why it mattered, and what I could expect the results to be. He also spent ample time with me on my purchase. We have been Danny’s customers for many years, but this was a particularly excellent experience.

Everyone was incredibly informed and helpful. I could’ve gotten the bike elsewhere but I came back just to purchase from the SAs that helped me. They are also very nice. Accessory wise a lot of stuff was sold out which is my only complaint.

Love the people that work there. We had a chain twisted and could not get it untwisted. We normally go to Danny's in Pelham but happened to be closer to the Scarsdale store. One of your mechanics fixed it quickly, showed us how he did it and did not charge us.
A few weeks later we wanted to buy a new bike rack. Fortunately the rack we wanted, featured in the NYTimes Wirecutter section, was available through Danny's. Though you did not have it in stock we were told when to expect it and provided other options if we did not want to wait.
Danny's inspires confidence and a sense that you are part of their bicycling family. They are there to help with humor and knowledge. Always a pleasure....
