I can’t believe I didn’t have my bike assembled at Danny’s… I feel like an idiot. The local shop I supported in New Canaan is a fine shop but Danny’s really has gone above and beyond in customer service and repairs in the 3 times I’ve stoped in the store. They’ve made me a life-long customer and I trust them to get me on the road safely. I will recommend to any and all bike enthusiasts

Parking was easy. I went in for a tire repair. The counter person took me right away. They had my cell phone # on file. The bike mechanic had the repair done in 10 minutes. I also got help with a flashing bike light battery replacement. Overall an excellent experience.

Excellent help picking out the right bike for a 14 year old boy. Patient with my questions. Then helped me fit it onto my car.
I called ahead and was able to speak to a person about my bike. Ed said he couldn’t guarantee that they’d be able to fix it in time for my bike trip in three days but if I brought it in, he could take a look. Turns out Junior was able to identify the issue very quickly and solve it within minutes; the issue was that one link on the chain was stiff. I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait for 20+ bikes to be repaired for someone to take a look at my bike and do a < 5 min repair.

I had called a few minutes prior to inquire if they had a bicycle in stock for my 7 yr old son. Upon arrival they tended to us immediately and was out the door with a brand new bicycle within 25 min. Ed was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Scarsdale site !

Alex was fantastic! He was easy to work with to get my new bike rack. He ordered everything needed for my new setup and researched the delivery schedule. He took the time not only to install the bike rack with me but also to teach me about the equipment. He also went above and beyond by providing one part that was not ordered.
