I am a little disappointed about the tire package that I thought I purchased when I bought the bike. I thought it covered the cost of tire replacement including the tire not just the labor. You should be more clear about telling people that when you sell it to them.

Technical knowledge and fast service
I have used a few of the Danny's locations over the years purchasing multiple Treks, parts, and used for some more difficult service jobs (I tend to do a lot of the simple service).
I was near the Scarsdale store recently and went in to browse at some items for my 25 year old Trek and just struck up a conversation with in the store with Alex about an issue I had with my son's Trek which we bought there. I had discussed this issue with another store a while ago who explained how complex the repair and cost would be. Alex explained it is probably covered by the Trek warranty and he would inquire. I dropped the bike off later that day and the following morning by 10:30am I received an email and text that the bike was ready. Covered by Trek, $25 charge, DONE !
Going forward, I will only use Alex for any of our bike needs.
Danny (or whoever is reading this), it is so rare today to see someone so knowledgeable, honest and passionate about that they do.
I have more part to order now and Alex has helped you gain a lifetime customer.
The service was great! They changed the crank, pedals and the tires on my bike. All were done in a timely manner once the parts arrived to the store.
