Over the years, I've purchased multiple bikes, a very awesome rack, replacement parts and service. The employees I interact with at Danny's in Scarsdale are always friendly and helpful. The shop is conveniently located, with ample parking. Prices are reasonable to full retail; few/no bargains here. You get what you pay for at Danny's.
The work on the bikes is always top notch. The gentlemen who work at the store are kind, helpful and very upbeat. It is always a good experience to bring my bike in.

I am finding that in the last 3-4 years the service department, as it is now constructed and managed, is more attentive and thorough than ever. It is a pleasure to walk into the store any time, be greeted by whomever is working the desk up front, and then, when need be, be consulted with and attended to in a most professional manner.
I arrived just when the store was closing, however, was provided with support with no rushing me out.
