Brought my bike in for tune. Friendly customer service and service time was great. Drop off pick up was great. Only issue was bike had scratches that weren’t previously there when I dropped off. I’m an understanding person so I didn’t make a thing of it, but was a little disappointed in that part. Didn’t want to go through the blame game. I chose to ignore that part . Hopefully I can find a color match through trek and remedy it. But besides that hiccup Danny’s is great.

I recently bought a new Trek hybrid at the Scarsdale location. Edward helped me and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the components of the bike and the differences between models. I felt very comfortable working with him. Every time I go to Danny's Scarsdale, everyone on the staff is nice and helpful, this time included. For me, Danny's is the only nike shop in the area to go for buying, or having my bikes serviced. By the way, I love the bike, it rides beautifully (and looks pretty awesome too).
