The Customer Service was outstanding ,
I am a mother who was willing to buy her son a suitable bicycle for his taste age , height and lifestyle and when I walked it I was a bit hesitant which one would be suitable however the young boy who helped me was very calm , patient , and reassuring .
I visited the store once before I took my son with me and he had already knew what would be suitable for him .
He adjusted the height of the seat , modified the part of the bicycle so he could get his legs across easily
