Amazing Service. This is the first time I’ve ever used a local bike shop. I’ve always used the big supermarket style servicing. I’ve been so impressed. I had a problem with index in my gears and I had been doing this myself for sometime but just couldn’t get it right on this occasion. The Cycle shack said if you can just drop the bike in, we will have a look at it and get back to you. It was a problem with the gear cables which were changed and bi index all within 24 hours great service. I’m really friendly guy behind the counter. I shall definitely use again.

A great local bike shop where you can get advice and help. In my opinion Trek bikes are the best albeit a bit expensive. It’s good to have Trek dealer round the corner with quality bikes where you can get support. Very helpful friendly staff who are knowledgeable and know their craft.

You're not the closest Bike shop - but you are the closest who even entertained the idea of letting me buy a bike and just ride (wheel) it away. For reasons I cannot fathom, everyone else seemed to want up to 2 weeks to 'prepare' the bike for me. In one case, they wanted a 25% deposit just to let me see the bike!
On both my visits you were super helpful & friendly. Inbetween I visited half a dozen other shops - and in most of them, I felt a bit 'inferior' as I wasn't planning on buying a £10k super-bike!
On my second visit - I bought a bike - which feels plenty super to me! Sam was really nice and gave great service. I only wish I lived closer to Polegate as I'd like to visit more often!
Overall, I could not ask for a more friendly, better experience. If you're not a Lycra clad bicycling funamentalist (or even if you are!) I would recommend Cycleshack over every other shop I've visited in Sussex.

The bill came to less than quoted; I am confident parts and service are of high standard.
The agreement to replace the front wheel was made by phone; if I'd been there I would have asked for the wheel reflector to be retained but it wasn't re-fitted and is presumably lost.

I HAD A HELPFUL DISCUSSION WITH MATT BEFORE UNDERTAKING A MAJOR UPGRADE TO MY BIKE. HE PICKED UP SEVERAL SMALL THINGS THAT I HAD MISSED AND I WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED RESULT.
