The guys there really know their stuff, I came in with an idea of what I wanted and they were able to advise me on exactly what would suit my needs the best as well as being able to get the most "bang for my buck".
They were able to take a standard of the shelf model and modify it to fit my needs and make it more of a joy to ride.

I had my first ever bike fit with Sam at Eastbourne Cycleshack. It was a very good experience. Sam is clearly very knowledgeable, he has even done fits for Olympians! I'm no Olympian, not even a club racer, but I am a keen cyclist and have been riding regularly for years. I was please that I was not too "far out" in my fit, but he made a small adjustment to my saddle and recommended a slightly shorter stem to bring the handlebars slightly closer and slightly higher (stem cost £45). This has made a subtle but positive difference, no back or shoulder pain on my last ride, and my glutes were more engaged.
What I really liked is Sam's way. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns and what I wanted. I have found in the past that some bike technicians can come across as somewhat patronizing, Sam is not like that at all.
I would say if you are an Olympian, a weekend warrior, or just a keen amateur cyclist, a bike fit from Sam will be well worth it! 😊

Fitted me in with 24 hours notice reasonable prices for some second hand brakes for me and bled everything.
