I like that I could take a test drive of the product I was interested in purchasing. I like that the sales people adjusted and fitted seats, handlebars, and helmets with me to give me a safe and comfortable experience. I like that the shop is located on a beautiful bike trail for an excellent opportunity to get a true feel of the bike I purchased. I feel comfortable that if I am unhappy with my choices that I have a sufficient amount of time to make changes and that the people at 2 Rivers will do what they can to help make my experience as positive as they can within reason.
