I am very happy with the product selection that I found at 2 Rivers; they had items in stock that I couldn't find at my local bike shop. Promptly after I received my online order confirmation, they replied with a personalize email with suggestions on items I might need for my new bike - and they were actually items I needed, such as a kickstand, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me stuff I didn't want. When I had questions about specific, like which helmet to get for my child, they helped me find what I needed and even sent me a photo of the helmet so I wouldn't need to search the website to confirm it was what we wanted. Showing up to pick up my order, the staff in the store was great and very helpful making sure I was comfortable with my items and that my new rack was properly secured to my car. I really appreciated working with every individual who helped me online and in the store to make me feel like they valued me as a customer. Thank you!
