Two Rivers has great customer service and either stocks or has access to all the bike gear I need.
Everyone in the store is very nice, polite and patient. They accommodate each customer's needs and take time with the customer rather than rushing the customer through. They all realize that this is a big purchase for a customer. No one made me feel dumb for the questions I asked and I appreciated that too. I drove over from Sussex for the bike and I really really like both the bike and the buying experience.

From ordering to pick up of my new bike, everyone has been so helpful! The gentleman that helped me took the time to explain things to me, help me size a helmet and even put my new bike rack on my car for me. It was amazing the time that he spent with me. I am so appreciative! Definitely will be going back for future needs and will be referring family!

I needed to get my bike repaired because I broke the chain. They told me that they were backed on repairs for about two weeks which I was okay with since I wasn't rising the bike anyway. They actually were able to turn it around within 24 hours. Everybody was extremely nice and professional.
