All the staff were very helpful. We needed to upgrade a kids bike and they were both efficient and flexible. Was able to purchase a very nice used bike that they serviced and made like it was new, while also recycling our smaller used bike. Had issues finding a helmet and they were patient with my kiddo. After 8 years of trying, our child is finally inspired to learn how to ride and now has a bike that fits properly and has all the bells and whistles needed to last the next couple of years.
I was greeted and welcomed when I enter the store. After discussing that I was interested in looking for a used bike we discussed where and how often I might ride. After finding a bike that fit me I was encouraged to ride the bike on the trail nearby. That helped me to feel comfortable with the bike. The service was very good.

I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone at this shop. They are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is a great selection of bikes, accessories, etc. to choose from. Service and maintenance are also always great. Communication throughout any process here, be it getting a new bike or a simple tune up, is also always great. I've been a customer for years and will be a customer for many years to come!
Great customer service
The first day I came was 11:30 and they were not really open, but did let me in which I really appreciated. A young man waited on me, very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed and why and the costs involved. I felt very good leaving my bike there for service. Pick up was also pleasant. I didn't even recognize my bike, they had done such a good job cleaning it up. I was so very pleased with the customer service here as that is lacking in so many businesses these days. Good work!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Took the time to answer all my questions. Had my bike tuned up, new tires, new chain and all was explained clearly. Didn’t feel like anything was being done unnecessarily. Plus it was quick! Less than a week my bike was ready for the road!!

The customer service is second to none. They are all riders involved in every phase of riding. They were able to help me, a person who knew virtually nothing about road riding, to the point where I felt comfortable enough to ride my bike from WI to CO. Kudo's to the crew at 2 Rivers.
I made the drive from Madison to Fort Atkinson to check out 2 Rivers Bicycle and Outdoor and was glad I made the trip. 2 Rivers has a wide selection of bikes and accessories that will rival any bike shop. Their service was amazing. Everyone we talked with made us feel like we had been a long time customer. Friendly people that go out of their way to help you. It’s not just a sale to them but developing relationships.
Steve in sales was very helpful and definitely low pressure. He was more focused on getting my wife the right bike for her versus upselling her. There was also an issue with one of the demo. e-bikes and the repair staff diagnosed and repaired it quickly. We were quite impressed!

An employee 4 years ago helped me choose and buy a TREK bike tha ti enjoyed and ride eer since. I left it in Florida and now needed a Wisconsin bike. A new emplyee looked back in my records of purchase and we made a few tweaks and I bought this present bike. Both times were done quickly and thoughtfully of my use, age,size and accessories.
