Their service was amazing. Everyone we talked with made us feel like we had been a long time customer. Friendly people that go out of their way to help you. It’s not just a sale to them but developing relationships.
Steve in sales was very helpful and definitely low pressure. He was more focused on getting my wife the right bike for her versus upselling her. There was also an issue with one of the demo. e-bikes and the repair staff diagnosed and repaired it quickly. We were quite impressed!

An employee 4 years ago helped me choose and buy a TREK bike tha ti enjoyed and ride eer since. I left it in Florida and now needed a Wisconsin bike. A new emplyee looked back in my records of purchase and we made a few tweaks and I bought this present bike. Both times were done quickly and thoughtfully of my use, age,size and accessories.

I ordered a rear bike rack through the website, they called me the day they got it. When I picked it up the folks there gave me a really detailed explanation on how to install it.
Friendly service and great communication. I was rescheduled out immediately once the bike was put on order. Staff took the time to fit me on the bike and made recommendations on parts that would suit my needs for a comfortable ride.
