I brought in my Townie e-bike that I purchased last August from Two Rivers. My back tire side walls failed. When I walked in Jake recognized me. Immediately asked what was wrong. He was professional, friendly and had a solution. Within 15 minutes I was back on my bike.

When servicing my bicycles they had the service done when promised. They were very helpful when looking for bike accessories. They were very helpful on giving me information on the various e-bikes so I could make a decision on which e-bike was appropriate for my bike riding style.

Brought my older Trek hybrid bike there to be serviced after it had been sitting in storage for over a year and a half. They cleaned it up, tightened everything, made sure tires were good, and did overall maintenance on it so now I'm ready to get back out on the trails again. Bike looks great. They did a great job on it.
