I enjoy the pool
I am a handicapped senior. The only activity I can do is pool therapy. I love your indoor pool. I do exercises and swim slow laps, sidestroke, to help my spine. Great pool. When it is 85 it is perfect. I can't do really cold water. I also go to Maple Knoll pool. Your pool has better handicapped facilities than Powell Crosley Y. You have 2 great restroom/showers right off the pool. I feel like your pool is a safe place for seniors.
We love the Y When we stopped coming.Our muscles starting hurting.We we're not stretched out and we were not social.

I use the pool and love it. I wish it was open on Sunday's. Right now I am unable to schedule lane times online as my app isn't working

Variety
I haven’t been a member long and haven’t tried any classes yet. But I find everyone to be friendly and helpful. I have been impressed with my trainer, Judy Feasell. I hope to continue using Judy, plus try classes, the pool, and the weight room after the first of the year.

I love the water aerobics as it is beneficial to my health in maintaining my lymphedema. I enjoy getting to know all the people that attend and the friendships I have made over the years. I am concerned at some point that I will not be able to come to the R.C. Durr YMCA as it is so far from southern Kenton county. I wish we had a YMCA in my county or nearer to Walton.
