I Love everything about My Y. So many activities to try out. So many nice people to workout with and just sit around to talk to.

We love the Y. Wonderful Group Ex classes and the instructors/personal trainers are very knowledgeable. It all begins at the front desk and we are welcomed each visit with a warm welcome. My husband likes the fitness center and now my 17 and 22 yr old daughters likes working out in the fitness center as well but they both wish there were group ex classes for younger women. What I especially love about the Y are the families coming in to participate in programs together.

I went to the body balance and really enjoyed it. Kendra was very helpful and the class is what I had hoped it would be. I definitely plan on going to the next class on Friday.
They are a good way to stay in shape, meet people and make new friends.

I only use the indoor pool because I have severe osteo-arthritis, and the only exercise I can do is deep-water aerobics. I used to like to do the water aerobic classes, but what works best for me now is to do my own aerobics in the water at 5:00 am.
Great mix of classes. Like the addition of some of the new classes. Something I can participate in everyday. Also the instructors are awesome!!
The ability to have class options but also be able to drop classes last minute without any type of penalty.
