I use the fitness center. The equipment is well maintained and I have easy access to machines I use routinely.

I love the staff and the variety of class offerings.
The "Y" is great for me as a senior, friendly staff, and clean,...but....the equipment, when it breaks take a Loooooooog time to get fixed...why?
That said I am a happy Y member.

Put two requests into Maintenance to set clocks back one hour, still not done. That should have been done in early November after the time change
The Silver Sneakers class with Mary on Mondays at 11:30 at the Central Y is just perfect for me -- the timing, the location and especially the teacher. She adds a touch of dancing to the class which makes it so fun. I can't wait to attend each week. Thanks so much for offering this class. It keeps me in shape and keeps me happy!
You have more evening classes. The level of the class is right sized for the group. The class is encouraging. I enjoy seeing the people.
Staff

I like that the Body Pump class in the morning is followed by a yoga class or qigong on Fridays. I like that a morning Pilates class is offered on other weekdays.
