Sue Brown's water exercise class is very fun! You can work or hard or as little as you want. Great socialization time as well.

Small request: all of the cycling figures on the wall in the spinning room are male figures. Could you add a pony tail coming out of the helmet on one of them? Millions of women cycle, and even more take spinning classes I suspect. Please don’t pretend that we aren’t there. Thanks!

The friendly, courteous staff, the variety of classes, the Pickleball,Zumba,and Yoga classes that give a sense of caring, belonging and family.
Meet meet new friends do you know things physical workout? It’s almost like a home away from home.
Friendly employees, variety of classes, discounts for seniors, silver sneakers. I usually take Mat Pilates, GentleYoga and the silver sneakers/chair yoga when I go. Lauren Hughes is awesome! She is friendly, patient and helps individuals with poses without making them inferior. Phoenix is also a good instructor. I try and take her class on Friday. The location in Burlington is close to my home so that makes it nice.

I like that there is a variety for all ages and abilities. When people think of the Y, they usually think young adults or kids.

Great staff
We really don’t do many of the activities but we use the gym and we work out three times a week. The facilities is always clean. People are friendly, and the equipment is nice.

Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The equipment always (almost) functions properly.
