I like the variety of activities that the "Y" offers. I am particularly happy with the fitness center which promotes a more active lifestyle and fitness opportunity for all, not excluding those like myself; the 'over 60 group', who lack the energy or the will to get moving.
I like the exercise classes, the instructors the friends I have met and the swimming pool and whirlpool. It is a great place to work out.

Variety of programs and knowledgable and experienced instructors. I especially like Silver Sneakers, Donna is a great instructor and a very kind person. She make an effort to know everyone, calling us by name and it's over 30+ names to remember. She challenges us to work hard but also tells us to work at our comfort level. I love her!!!
I do think you should encourage the group coming in after the 8:30 class exits to wait till the room is cleared prior to entering. The hall is extremely narrow so it becomes very crowded. Also individuals should not be sitting up equipment until all 8:30 participants have left room. This is a safety concern.

We enjoy the inside track (mezzanine) and try to walk at least 4 times per week. We also like the cheerful and welcoming staff.
Variety and no one bothers you.
I like how clean and nice everything is that the Clippard Y. I love how friendly and helpful all of the employees are. Most of all, I like the variety of programs and activities that are offered.
The staff is the BEST! They make everything so much fun! I’ve never felt like a stranger here or just another face. :)
