What do you like about our programs and activities?

I come to the water aerobics class at 10 am. It has helped me build back muscle strength and balance. Also leg strength. Thank you for this wonderful class! Also Jeannie is a great teacher and very encouraging. She is patient and explains the reasons for and procedures for the exercises.

I like the 12:15 weight lifting class during the week and the yoga on Monday night.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love swimming in the indoor pool. I am also enjoying the Yoga Stretch class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as the AOA class on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the exercise classes. The instructors of the different classes make them fun and a great workout. The outdoor pool is an awesome place to take my granddaughter, as well, for some summer fun.

Love the new restorative yoga class on Sunday mornings. Also enjoy chair yoga. The new instructor Lynn, currently filling in for Marie, is terrific. She needs her own time slot.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mostly like the water fitness classes. I wonder if the Y has ever considered giving classes in
basic conversational Spanish and in sign language. Even though they are not physical fitness classes, they would be very helpful to many people.

I love the classes, I can find something to take every day except Friday. I do wish there was more security at the child care. For example, needing to scan our membership cards for pickup.

The pools. How clean the downtown branch is and it smells nice. Love the yoga instructors.
