We love the open swim!! Perfect time for us to do lessons with our 4 year old. Also the faith based yoga is amazing!! Christine is so kind and the class has helped my flexibility so very much.

This is my final week of Livestrong. It has helped me tremendously. Hopefully my family get a membership there soon. But financially we can’t at the moment.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love it all. Everything about the gym is great. Child watch, cleanliness, never “too” crowded. Just found out yesterday that there is a family fitness class 3 days a week that my 6 and 8 year old can partake in. Health awareness for the entire family. 10/10 recommend.
