Facility is always very clean! Staff is always friendly. I would recommend less clutter in the core workout room, and more mats for floor core workouts.

My daughter Halli enjoys Zumba as well as all the others fitness options offered. We especially enjoy the downtown branch. Staff is amazing.

We love this gym!! Our kids go to camp every year and also childcare. They are always loved on and taken care of. As a mom, that makes me feel good. Knowing that I can entrust my babies to them, makes all the difference!! We are thankful for the scholarship program that we are in. We wouldn't be able to afford it without that help. Working out this last year, has changed my life!! We LOVE the Y!!
I love everything! The classes, the workout area, the sauna, and stream room! Very clean and comfortable! I don’t feel judged by other people too!
We love the North River Y. We are very satisfied with what your doing. There are 3 things that, I think, would improve the NRY, but they would be costly. An outdoor pool, an outdoor track, and some whirlpools for the women. Back many years ago, I worked at the Y downtown. They had an indoor track for running and a "fitness center" which was a kind of upgraded adult membership, that had 2 portable whirlpools that were constantly in use. Only 1 person could use them at a time. They were not big enough for 2 people. You have the land for an outdoor track. I'm kinda surprised you haven't done it already. A very helpful and attentive staff with excellent trainers. Classes are led by very knowledgeable instructors and the gym equipment is top notch. Great atmosphere.
Deep Water aerobics and all the instructors are great. Showers and changing room spotless thanks to your super staff.
