The y offers alot of excellent classes for all levels of class type.

The instructors are excellent and vary the class structure to suite the needs of the members.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We have a 5am class M-F. I know a company like the Y, which is a mission more than a business was significantly impacted with COVID but they truly listen to its members and brought back classes. I appreciate that! The Y saved my life back in 2018; helping me reverse diabetes. And the variety of classes with intensity and impact and times… make it possible for anyone to improve their health; physical and emotional/mental. Thank you, for giving to the Lord. I am a life that was changed

I love how there are so many options for everyone. New weight equipment and nice cardio equipment, classes, pickle ball, and more.

I think that I most like the variety of times available for classes like spin, etc. I also like that there is almost never completely filled classes making it easy for me to get my workouts in at times that work for me.

I have only done the water aerobics with Lucy. It isn’t only exercise but also fellowship with others. Really love it!
