Like that the YMCA has lots of choices for people to select from and great staff that helps . Keeping in mind that everyone is not the same and what one person likes to do may not be true for someone else . Think that the things that the YMCA could all ways keep in mind: Keeping the equipment ( exercise machines and things used in classes ) in good working order and i think the YMCA does most of the time . reminding the staff that there good work does not go unnoticed ( great instruction, encouragement, and a smile keeps people coming back ) and i think they do a awesome job at that. Bottom line: Think the YMCA is doing a great job - Keep up the great work.

I did Cardiac Rehab at the hospital for Heart Failure. After I finished there, I just continued at the Y because you have the same machines. I have a wide widow of time to get my workout done on any day. I had to cut back after my eye surgery, but plan to get back into full workout after my checkup on 7/19.
There is something for everyone. Well organized and staffed by interested staff who also are very professional.
