Programming is excellent. I do wish there was a 7pm or 8pm workout class occasionally.

The repetition of clades offers so many timing options for all who work and those who don't.
really appreciate Living Strong for cancer survivors. Has helped me to be more open, confident, stronger physically, and the instructors are caring considerate. Also the special guests to teach about nutritian, dance, oncology have been a great help. Thank you very much!!!

I like the Y and have been a member all my life, including the YWCA day camp as a youngster. I have always promoted the Y as a healthy place.
Everyone is very friendly and there are plenty of different workout classes and equipment to use!
I mostly use the pool and hot tub. I like the pool activities and the fact that there are private dressing rooms where both my wife and I can change together.
Teaching swiming , classes for seniors and all other activities.Keeping good work on every aspects.Doing good job.
There are many different offerings and pool classes are my thing. Most health clubs do not even have a pool or even a hot tub.
Then you have all the various courts which is also unique.
I like options other than machines.
Wide variety for every age and ability.

I would like more information on pickleball teams/leagues...I know the times available...just wondering how I can coordinate with other players for more doubles action! Thanks

The YMCA programs are very cool because you don’t have to sign up to attend the class. You simply just can’t walk in and begin exercising. It gives you a sense of belonging especially if you don’t know where to start in the gym
