Staff are very nice and helpful. Facilities are very good. Good selection of classes. Everything is kept very clean.
My only concern is that the outdoor pool seems to have a lot of green spots in the deeper end.
I can come early in the morning which works well for my schedule.

I like that you offer pickleball on a sunday indoors, just with more than one court would be avalable. We normally attend north river YMCA on sunday afternoon and they have up to 4 courts. I think 2 courts using half of the gym would better fit both pickleball and basketball at one time.
I love that my daughter (7) can be included in some activities here unlike other gyms in the area. I also love that we have a choice of indoor or outdoor pool as well as swim lessons for my daughter.

I love that my children are well cared for in Child Watch while I work out. I’m also impressed with the class instructors and swim lessons instructors.

Downtown YMCA is very clean, with friendly staff and members who form long lasting friendships.
The YMCA provides a wide variety of program, activities, and classes for the entire family.
The classes and activities provide ways for individuals of all age groups to reach their health goals.
The staff members are friendly. The inside and outside of the facility are always clean.

I’m loving the water classes
The outdoor pool is awesome. It’s a very long drive (about an hour) to get there for us, but it is such a fun pool. Loved the water Zumba class on Friday night and the sprinkler area/diving board/water slide. We want to play racquetball and take advantage of some of the other activities but since it is such a long drive from our home, we haven’t had a chance yet. I wish our Y on this side of town was as nice as Cleveland. I love that the pool stays open until 8-9 so we have a chance to eat dinner and all go together as a family. I wish it stayed open later on Saturday too.
Friendliness. Equipment is in good shape. I like the non-judgmental feel of the place - we’re all there to improve our health and shape doesn’t matter.
The activities are varied and well organized.

Haven’t been able to do a lot yet, just Waterfit. It was fun! We even went outside once!
