The friendliness of the staff when I come in. You have a great crew working for you. Laura, Stephanie, Sherry, Abbie, Libby. Ethan , Rose and First name removed,the trainer all speak to me and that
means a lot to regular clients.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love the classes, free child care, friendly staff, the pool, and swim lessons. However, the construction phases have made it difficult to feel super at ease and can get the most out of my workout. Also I have difficulty getting spots for my infant on occasion which is tough, but I understand that I just need to call and reserve a spot earlier.
