100% The Y is the most organized, well equipped, positive place for fitness I've experienced. I used to belong to Bally's years ago, then Big Vanilla. I see so much more in the way your staff is always helpful, friendly and available. Even when there's a problem your staff is patient and positive. I see the staff treat everyone respectfully and go out of their way. I have observed this when I'm there: parents of children getting assistance with smiles. I love the mix of cultures and races here. I often see extremes in other places. It's like a mini melting pot of America. Lots of smiles here. Smiles from those coming to get help with health, fitness and well being as well as staff. I couldn't be more satisfied!! Thank you for all you do. The Y in Pasadena, where I go, is proof that something really great is working here, keep up the good work!! Jacqueline
Easy place to go and workout
Facility and staff are both excellent.
Pool facility head and shoulders above Catonsville...especially for younger children ... which make Pasadena more attractive option for us
Love the Pasadena pool. The staff is great.
My two grandsons have loved every minute of their 3 weeks of summer camp at the Y. They have come home happy and tired out every day ready to chatter about all the fun activities, the wonderful camp counselors, and their new friends. The Y camp has been a total success for each. I know they will be talking about it for months to come.

I liked the fact that the two girls, abby and aprile, were very patient with me and answered all my questions since this was a very new experience for me.
Racquetball/walleyball rooms, clean locker rooms, wide variety of classes, pool area, activity room and all the exercise equipment for all levels of training. Very impressed!

I love the layout and openness of the Pasadena Y. I've been to the Catonsville location and I do not like that one at all.

I use the pool several time per week. It seems to be kept a little cleaner lately than in the past. I'm sure this is challenging with the high traffic volume in the pool.
The Y in Pasadena provided a great location for our party on Saturday. The facility was clean, prepared and welcoming. The party hostess, Delaney, was a willing participant in all aspects of the party. She responded very eagerly to all of our requests for services. We would be willing to use the location again.
