I was very reluctant about rejoining the Y. We belonged several years ago and it was great when my children were younger as they had programs for both our kids and us. My kids got older and we moved from Towson down to Anne Arundel county. I started going to Severna Park Y and it was not a great experience and I left. I have several friends who recently joined the Pasadena Y and were telling me how much they love it. I love to swim laps and usually stop once our outdoor pool closes so I decided to give it a try very reluctantly. I have to say it has been so great. I swim early in the morning, and I love the fact that there is no masters swim team practicing at the early hours. The guards are on time and nice, the pool and the locker room are clean and your front desk staff is great. I am looking forward to exploring all that you have to offer at the Y this fall.

I like it very much. Nice, spacious , clean workout area, and artistic sitting area! Feel like at a spa! Would be nice if have free coffee, hot water, like at Ellicott city Y?

Nice gym and clean and lotta machines and clean machines this stuff work there is very nice and very friendly with you I have fun when I be there in the daycare it’s very nice and clean daycare and the stuff there’s very good with the Biebel everything there is perfect the nice gym I see In my life
It's been 20 years since I've been to the Y. Glad to see there are still racket ball courts, but more impressed with the state of the art equipment. And the staff is friendly and nice. I'll be back.
The people....clean location
Great pool at the Pasadena location with lots of lap lanes and pools for kids. Lots of TV channels and good WiFi.
I've been a member of the Pasadena Y ( formerly Big Vanilla ) for years and have always been happy. The front desk seems knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment is clean and repaired without too much delay. The pool is the best thing for summer fun with the grandkids ! More and more classes are being added and the Senior programs look exciting. ( I wish there could be some Senior emphasis in the evenings - some of of still work )
the Y in Pasadena Maryland has a lot going for it, the people who work there are friendly and helpful, the pool and building and locker rooms are always clean, and the equipment is in good shape. I have no complaints

I loved the large facility and all that it had to offer. There were racquet ball rooms, a cafe, spa attached and I loved the pool. The personnel were very friendly. I had a wonderful experience at the Y in Pasadena.

Thank you for asking for feedback! The swimming lessons were good overall. I felt like my child (5 years old) was pushed a little too hard, however, with the older gentleman that worked with me. Made me a bit uncomfortable.
Need to really keep on top of the filtering system within pool so that there is not hair floating around.
I was not contacted by email regarding a cancelled session. Not sure why, as other parents were.
