The staff are always so kind, it makes the whole experience a bit more cozy. Plus they have plenty of things for my three year old to get into and he loves the day center that they have. He's always super excited to go back and play with the other kids.

I love the classes, I think the instructors are really good. The staff seems to have a very positive attitude and are very helpful. The members in my class are friendly with each other. I also like the way the Y is charitable and has programs that help the needy.

Me and my kids love coming to the pool! They great you at the door and everyone is friendly.

I was a little suprised to learn that snacks weren't consistently provided in the am and afternoon. I did not have that issue with the Towson location. Completely fine if no snacks are provided but that should be changed in the welcome/info email to parents so we can pack snacks accordingly.

When you come in, everyone says hi and Parkville Y always have so many activities for the family and I’m with PY over 16 years. I moved from Parkville are and I still bring my family. That is how much I like to come. Even though we are busy but we still make time to stop by. Thank you for everything you do.

I love the Y and Parkvill I used to be a member there and I just recently joined again. I love Curl. She’s a very uplift in person and the rest of the I staff is so friendly. I’m happy to be back and I will recommend my family and friends to join as well. I could never say anything bad about Parkvill. Y they are the best. They have a very lovely and committed staff there. They are very hands-on. You can always reach out and ask questions from the team. I am pleased to be back. Thank you.

It’s clean, the equipment works, they have a nice pool, and it’s usually not too busy when my retired self drags my butt up there.

Excellent customer service

I was a member of the Y years ago. I went every day after work. The members and staff were friendly and I made friends. After retirement I found the membership monthly fee too expensive for me. I then went to the “purple place”, but it lacked the harmony of the Y. Recently the manager of the Parkville Y told me of a way I could afford to rejoin.

She was just as friendly as the previous staff. I’m back! I love it! I love the Y and what it has to offer for everyone; especially the differently abled. Acceptance of every human being is important to me. It’s Christian history shines through. “Love your neighbor as God loves you”.
