Great work out environment
The availability of the team and the amount of equipment to use.
My husband and I like the Y because we can do what works best for us, both for our physical abilities and for the time frame that is available to us. Even when it is fairly busy, we can go there and do the routines that work best for us. The other members are doing the same thing, so no one seems to be judging others as they go about their workouts and classes.
We recently had to take a leave of absence from the y, and that process was very easy; the staff was very knowledgeable about how that process works. we were happy to be able to get back to the Y and our workouts.

The staff is friendly. The yoga classes are excellent. There is a variety of classes for all levels. There'sa great weight room with equipment for a full body workout.
