My favorite is Yoko’s Zumba Gold. However it is only offered at the Weinberg Waverly Y. She is a fabulous teacher and the class is well attended. We just all wish that there were more Zumba Gold classes on land. Parkville is closest to my home and I would love to have a Zumba Gold there in the daytime hours. Even Towson needs a Zumba Gold!

The variety of exercise groups and experienced instructors, they are top notch!
I enjoy the gentle yoga and chair yoga classes. I will try the other yoga classes soon. Your exercise machines meet my needs well. Your staff is very courteous and friendly. No complaints. Keep up the good work.

The Y at Parkville is a place where you can come together with others with the same goals. For example things like swimming, yoga classes, a variety of exercise groups or spending time with other members with the same interests and or age groups.
The atmosphere is always very inviting & the Staff goes out of their way to be of assistance in anyway possible.
I am proud to be a member of the Y and I would recommend anyone to join.

The water fitness / aqua zumba classes and Everfit classes.
Staff is friendly and facilities are clean and well maintained. There are a variety of classes and events for the family.
I love the programs The Y provides for my children to review the fundamentals and gain confidence. Coach Julia and Coach Alex make all the difference with the classes they run. Their experience with the little ones is unmatched. It takes great patience to teach that level.
