I am 86 and have been attending your Silver Sneakers program with Linda Smith for almost 10 years. I am sure it is the reason I am doing well. I am a member of Kaiser Permanente and they are offering their members memberships in Silver and Fit programs. I had thought the Y was one of the programs covered. I have found out the the Y’s program is no longer Silver Sneakers. I do not want to leave the y but I may have to. Help!!!

It's a friendly down to earth place. I see people I know from my community, and I love the diversity. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The classes offered cover a nice range of abilities and interests.
Friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of gym and locker rooms. I love having access to a pool. The sauna in the locker room is a lovely winter option as well.

I like core conditioning and line dancing with Ms Linda. She is very effective in what she does and I feel confident working with her. She enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. I have a good time exercising with Ms. Linda’s class. I left for three years and came back to the same people I exercised with when I left. That says a lot about Ms Linda
I particularly like our teacher,Linda, who makes the time fly by and knows all of her students may name.

The Waverly Y is hardly ever crowded, the machines are in good working order and the staff is wonderful. Love the new renovations. Keep up the great work!
The Women in Weights class was amazing! Alen is tough but she pushes you in the best way possible. I felt amazing afterward and got a chance to feel supported by other women. It was a win-win!
I like the selection of cybex machines & the free weights. I also like the cardio equipment & the sauna.
