Nice facility
The Y has so many classes to other all abilities and the people who come to the Y are diverse as well. The people I’ve worked out with are able-bodied, intellectually disabled, limited in sight, recovering from health conditions, to name a few qualities. I love that mix of groups who can come to one place to workout, hang out and be ourselves.
Friendly people
Everyone is friendly that works there and my son loves the indoor pool. The exercise room is always clean and not too crowded when I work out.

So many of the instructors are friendly and welcoming, except Barbara. The classes can be modified to different levels (except Barbara’s Pilates - she grumbled about beginners in her class). But every other instructor has been great and I do cycle, body pump, cardio dance, and yoga. The only thing is that I just found out yesterday that there is allegedly a policy about when you can enter the yoga room? This should really be posted as Barbara yelled at us and was really not nice and still didn’t explain this policy.

The price is affordable. the location is good, there are various exercise options, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Family friendly. Diverse. The Y offers many different classes. The seniors enjoy the water fitness classes! 😊👍🏼. Also it is kept very clean. I hope the snack bar is reopened.
I use the pool at Parkville. Towson is a longer distance from home and the pool is crowded.

Love the pool, that's about all I use, however I would like to see more rubber mats in the women's locker room and have the temp turned up a little.
