The Towson Y is a good clean place to workout in and meet your friends that want to stay in shape. As we get older, we need to know that exercise is not a desire, it is a need to deal with stress, excess weight, and other health issues. Come work out, it will do your body and mind well!!!
It’s a beautiful facility. Good exercise equip. I really like that the Y dropped the high rejoining fee
