People are nice, the facility is not overcrowded, the bathrooms are clean, there are fun activities for children and adults (ping-pong table, foosball table, hockey, ...)

Clean and friendly. Busy in the early morning but I can usually use the gym without waiting in the midmorning. Staff is always willing to answer questions.

It’s been fantastic. Signing up online was a breeze. Everyone I met at Towson ( Jessica, Tim and the members ) was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Laura C is a great Zumba instructor!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole facility including the locker rooms are always very clean. There's a lot of equipment, so it's easy to find something to do, and you rarely have to wait.
