The staff is always friendly and eager to assist when needed. There are so many options there is always something to do for physical activity.
Avery guided my son through teen quest. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. My 13 year old son how to use the machines, what each machine helps with and how to properly exercise. My son is now excited to go to the Y and follow active tracks.

Would like to see the hot hula class at the Towson Y.
Staff did not seem to know what it is, to recommend it. It helps if they know what the class is like... their could be a sample class to help them and to show the patrons
the sample class should be several times so that a great number can see what it is about

Many opportunities to take a variety of fitness classes.
I love the diversity of people, in all ways. Anyone can feel welcome and comfortable, which, to me, is a detriment of other fitness clubs that attract more intense and sometimes intimidating people to work out around.
We love having encouragement to drive low emission cars by having designated spots (though sometimes misused). Only thing that could improve is putting a charging station in-- perhaps in the back lot?

Great for the kids
The Halloween event was a lot of fun. My son enjoyed himself. The haunted house was especially fun and scary for the whole family.
I love my Towson Y! The fitness classes are taught by highly qualified teachers. The building is a cheery place to work out and socialize with many of my friends who are also Y members. I also value the Y's community giving and engagement. My family enjoys being Y members. Thank you!!

The flexibility of hours, the classes available, and the overall facilities are warm, inviting, clean, and well maintained.

The People are so friendly and helpful. The Facility is excellent with more to do than you could possibly want or need from youngsters to senior citizens.

The Y is affordable as a single membership and in the two years I've been a member they have made great improvements from new, state-of-the-art the equipment to updating the shower heads in the ladies locker room. (Thank you for that!) I think they have quality instructors and a variety of classes that fit my schedule. I like that there's plenty of support for families, but as a single person I don't feel left out. They staff are always welcoming and friendly. Basically, I love the Y and am happy to be a member.

As I have said before, I love the multiethnic character of the folks I interact with. I really enjoy the facility and staff and appreciate the community spirit.
I like the friendly and helpful staff, the Stay and Play and Family Pool facilities, and the implication of the ActivTrax app in my workout.
So many great programs, a fine swimming experience, well-maintained equipment, and a general feeling of camaraderie. I only use it on a limited basis, but it is essential for my health program.
It is reasonably priced and very family friendly! I can see already that the Y membership will help me become more healthy, but my kids as well! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier!

The friendly environment, the quality of the facility and the equipment and their maintenance and renewal.
The many different activities and areas are great! We have school age children and it would be great to see a small enclosed quiet area. Kids would be able to use this area for school work/homework.
Convenience and instructors
All staff is extremely pleasant and helpful; never had I had a problem getting on equipment.
Everyone is polite and it is very kid friendly.
