Greetings- just a couple of comments
-Folks talking on cell phones while on equipment is very distracting and---is a safety hazard to them self's and others around them . Also this is done while others are waiting to use equipment.
-need to keep bicycle units in better condition-several are always not working properly(warranty issue??).
The temperature of the pool for swimmers and arthritis classes. The separate pool for kids
My husband I take yoga. We like to start our day with a class and those are available at the Y. We are generally impressed with the quality of the instructors. In addition we enjoy the friendships formed and the opportunity to hang out after class with friends and a cup of coffee.

Honestly, I usually go to Parkville because it is close to my home, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! Towson is night and day. The employees are so kind and attentive. I am truly impressed.

I love that the machines such as the treadmills work . They are not run down, inoperable, nor defective as the one at Parkville. I wish I could come to the Towson location more frequently. Parkville branch is a disappointment for the amount of money paid every month

The men’s change rooms/lockers/floors need to be cleaned and disinfected much more often during peak times. It smells ripe most of the time.
This is my only gripe.
I love the Stay n Play care option! It's the only reason I get to exercise regularly during the week. I only wish it was open through the afternoon too.
