Pool, classes, people.
Every experience at this location has been great.
I like the variety of classes and activities offered at the Y. I participate in several different yoga classes, swim in the pool and visit the rock wall twice a week. I also like the fact that I can take classes at any of the Ys close to me.
The variety of options for keeping fit, and the friendly atmosphere overall.
It runs like a well oiled machine. From the folks at the check in desk to the guards in the pool the business model works well! The person who answers the phone can answer almost any question you might have. So there is no need for them to transfer me to another department. I go 6 out of 7 days a week, too. And I haven’t even BEGUN to tell you how great the new facilities are! Member since January 2018. I’m 61 years old and look forward to going every day. It appeals to all age groups!

One thing I would change is sending these surveys so frequently.
The free lessons were a great reintroduction to the Towson Y facilities. Our experience with the staff was great and our kids were really enthusiastic about the lessons. They were able to translate the basics that they learned and apply them to the pool on their own.
