My PT Hayden Fisher is the reason to why I go to the Y. He helped me not only loose weight, 157lbs to 130lbs and size 14 to size 0/2 in 6 months. He also mentally trained me to not give up. Yes he might seem young, but he's a very old soul.
Nicely arranged workout area and fine, new equipment. Great snack bar too.

Convenient
You really need more weight lifting machines. Every time I go in, every machine is taken up.
The Y has many activities to choose from including swimming lessons. The facilities are spacious and clean.

Ms. Maureen is so patient and clearly loves the kids and to teach.
The friendliness of all staff members
Paul works well at keeping each child involved. He commands attention, stays in the water with the children, and keeps them moving along, even when the task is challenging, as with my granddaughter. The class is a bit large and having a second instructor in the water was also helpful.

I live in Edgewater, so it's a bit far for general use, but it's worth it for summer just for Arnold and Pasadena pools!!
Nancy is a great swim Instructor and great for babies.
Both Megan D. and Victor are awesome spin instructors. Their classes are so good. And Harumi is a phenomenal yoga instructor.

Convenient and it seems to be completely upgrading the facility. Although it has been a bit of a journey the end results are in sight. I believe the the wait has been worth it.
Clean, many choices of equipment and i love the sauna.
Am very happy ith classes and easy access to indoor pool but need additonal bench elderly cannot take off covers or redress without area to sit an accident is going to occur if more benches not provided
The improvements to the property and equipment. Not too crowded. Convenient location.
