What do you like about your Y experience?

The Y in Arnold is awesome -- the equipment is always kept in excellence condition and should it get broken -- it is fixed rather quickly. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. Only thing that would make it better is if it was open until 11:00 pm on weekdays.

The equipment and tennis, pickleball we like.

You could be more proactive with equipment maintenance.

Some of your floor staff do not seem to be positive or friendly. Miss Lisa for she was the best.

What do you like about your Y experience?

We belong to the Y in Pasadena, but they closed their pool on Saturday afternoon because the lifeguards were getting heat exhaustion!!! Never heard that one! So we went to the pool in Arnold. Very friendly people, very pleasant.

There is something for everyone from my 4 year old twincesses to my 12 year old son. My 10 year old loves the Rockwall! The pool is a hit for everyone! Can wait to see what else we can get into with our new membership!

What do you like about your Y experience?

I really enjoy being a member of the Y! There is one big problem, though. The volume of the music in the group fitness classes is dangerously loud and damaging to one's hearing. Please purchase a decibel meter so the instructors (who suffer hearing loss also) have an objective measure when playing the music. I shouldn't have to wear earplugs in the gym. :-(

the staff is friendly and the equipment is excellent. My only complaint is the number of members who tie up equipment while diddling with their electronic devices..
